I am a New Zealand host and my price per night is set at $130 New Zealand dollars. An unknown American host searched for my listing and messaged me that my listing comes up as $250 US per night.  (Didn't think our exchange rate was that good!) I will be missing out on bookings because of this exchange difference.  Can anyone tell me how to get hold of AirBnB to fix this?  Thanks

Same here. I rang them and they said there was a glitch and deposited difference into my account on the spot.

My listing says $45 per night but I have three rooms available, and I want it to be clear that it is 45 per room. How do I make this clear?

Does anyone know how to claim ? Tax on Airbnb? What can we claim?  Depreciation ? Renovations? I've recently pulled up carpets and replaced with wood!

That is a tax and accounting issue - nothing to do with airbnb but everything to do with your business.

For some reason the pricing box is not coming up on my calendar ..

Can someone advise ?I have always done my pricing on the calendar and now the Price box doesnt appear.

Air BnB make it hard to see how to contact them directly but I now know through trial and error. If you go to the help section, at the bottom is a sqare that says "visit the help center" once you go to that page there will be how can we help with you can fill in your problem. The quickest way to stop going around in circles is do not fill that in but instead go to the very bottom of the page and on the far right it says "still need help" and a contact us button which will take you to a new page. This will give you both a email address and phone number for your country

Hi there. The pricing I have each night on calendar is there clearly printed. However once a guest has booked and their photo is up on claendar with blocked days..... I can not see what I chareged them. I have played with pricing changes so would like to know. Yes I can see what they have paid for whole tiem but air bnb does not have a set % of charge rate so hard to know what exact rate i had a the time......Air bnb can't you leave amount on their blocked area to see as well as the available days?

Pricing recomended to me by Airbnb if i was to charge those   prices i would be running a loss , adding up all my runnng costs for a year and breaking it down to nightly cost my break even  cost would be £23 per night Airbnb recomend i charge £13 per night ?

You will have to ignore those price suggestions.  It will not even cover cleaning the sheets. We are running a business, not a charity.

Hello,

I just made an AirBnb account, became a host, and have confirmed my first booking! I set the base price and the additional fee for extra guests on my account, although in the confirmation email for the booking, only the base price appears for what I will be earning....not the additional fees for extra guests.
