PSA- payout decrease when altering a reservation

A quick PSA...

I attempted to "change the reservation" for number of guests from 1 to 2 for tomorrow's booking. This should be an easy thing to do since we don't charge per guest and we don't offer any discounts and we know to stay away from smart pricing. BUT. Changing the reservation from 1 adult to 2 adults decreased my payout by over $19 for no reason.

Customer service was very nice and helped me adjust the price to reflect the initial booking fee but seriously, man....this shouldn't happen.

Is is known the change option is very unreliable and a lot of people reported glitches (including me). But to no avail. If the calculated price is not correct, then you can modify it yourself: click in the price field and enter correct price.
