I hosted guests for 2 nights but for the price little over 150$. however Airbnb payout was only for 36$ and the rest have been deducted as cancellation fees. there was no cancellation at all but the guests stayed for complete booking period. I tried several email messages but noting workout yet. Did anyone had simila expierience or could help me to way to contact Aribnb to inquire would be great help.

Welcome to the Community Center! I'm sorry to hear you haven't been paid out the full amount. The cancellation fees could have been from previous cancellations you had made? 

 

If you think there has been an error you should contact the Support Team directly - this Community Help Guide explains the best ways of doing so (email doesn't tend to be effective).

I dont see a cancellation review on your profile, so you may want to Contact Airbnb and see what/who the fee was for.
