As this is a "long term reservation" you can not cancel the reservation without losing 1 month rent + fees:

If the listing mentioned amenities which are not there or not available, you should complain to the host.
If this does not solve the problem, you can contact Airbnb for intervention. They will contact the host or maybe they can relocate you to another accomodation.
