Hi all!
I was balancing my bank account, and noticed that I hadn't been paid out my full amount owed to me.
I had one stay on 3/26/16 for $232 and another on 4/10/16 for $495 (total $727), however have only recieved a single pay out of $67 dollars on 4/10/16. I have confirmed that my bank accounts are successfully connected to the AirBnB payout service.
Does anyone know how I can remedy this?

We haven't gotten paid for anything yet. Have you figured out what hapened? Did you find a number to contact airbnb?
I am having the same problem Tony. I cant reconcile the amounts or references in the payment schedule to the references in my bank account. They say they have paid our for a reservation, but it does not reflect on my banking statement.
Same thing here, no payout. Does anybody know how to contact airbnb?

I also had a payout missing about a month ago. I contacted AirBnB and they have finally paid it out. But they gave no excuse for the error, so pay attention in the future!

Hi - I have the same problem. My guest has paid for the 6-day extension of her stay. I was immediately paid for the first booking but I have not be paid for that extension. Also, my co-host has used my Paypal account for her payout and that has been no payout on that yet. How did you contact Airbnb? It's so teribly wrong not to be able to reach them. There's got to be a better way! Please help me out and let me know. Thanks - Melanlie
How did uou contact them to chase missing payment
My pay out account is already set up and active, but suddenly airbnb is asking for my pay out account to be set up again ? I have a pending payment to be delivered to my account and I Dont understand where is the problem ?
My guests checked in on 9-October
They are checking out on 17-October
ANd i havve still not ben paid by Airbnb to the tune of $1824
I have called them racking up international calls twice and have had nothing but lies saying the payment has been authorised and relased and would be with me within 24-48 hours
It wasn't so i called again and was told it hadn't been released btu would be and would take 3-5 business days, ie AFTER the guests had checked out from their 8 night stay
Lies - i was told it was a glitch in the system by the first call center operative and then by the second told "we are re-housing refugees". What is this..Aleppo! I don't think Airbnb are that charitable!
Then i received an email to say it would be in my account by close of business that day and not to take action after i thrwatened to remove the guests from the apartment.
The money has still not arrived and i am supposed to just accept thisand let people stay for 8 nights free of charge at my place and also accept another booking the same day they check out.
I am overseas and can do nothing about this but rack up stress and financial costs in international calls to be fed lies
I wouldn't recommend Airbnb anymore after a couplf of years transacting. A glitch in the system can be forgivn but outright lies can not
