I'm a new host at airbnb, but stilll after the chosen method still I didn't received the money and already 3 weeks has gone since my first guests. Is there any way, service, person who can hepl about this issue? Or I'm the first one with this problem. Tnx
You would need to contact airbnb. You will find contact details at the bottom of the itinerary of the guest.

@Aleksandra7 - if you chose PayPal as preferred payment method you need to log in to your PayPal account to collect the funds. If bank account, double check that you saved your account details and that they are correctly entered via your airbnb account
Tnx Maxin for your advice, there is no option PayPal for my country Macedonia so I chose International IBAN Transfer, I'll try it fix it it must be a way to do so, tnx again have a nice day.
I am also a new host and my pay out for our first month was not correct. I have been emailing a representative of Airb&b but am now at day 20 without a resolution to the problem. Very frustrating.
When I first started on BNB, it took several emails to get them to make the correct payments. I finally did it, but I remeber the frustration. My first guest was here for a couple weeks, but had gotten his dates confused and needed to cancel a few days. Airbnb insisted that this amount now would come out of future bookings. They seemed to think I didn't understand this concept. What I couldn't get them to understand was I had never received a payment for my first booking. Eventually, I got it across to them and everything worked out fine. But it took several days and several e-mails. Don't give up, keep at it until you get a satisfactory resolution.
