When I first started on BNB, it took several emails to get them to make the correct payments. I finally did it, but I remeber the frustration. My first guest was here for a couple weeks, but had gotten his dates confused and needed to cancel a few days. Airbnb insisted that this amount now would come out of future bookings. They seemed to think I didn't understand this concept. What I couldn't get them to understand was I had never received a payment for my first booking. Eventually, I got it across to them and everything worked out fine. But it took several days and several e-mails. Don't give up, keep at it until you get a satisfactory resolution.
