change cancellation policy

Hello! For some reason I am unable to change my cancellation policy from Flexible to Moderate on my apartment listing. I'm worried guests will cancel their long-term stay just one day in advance. An error message keeps popping up and telling me to try again later but when I do that it still doesn't work. Does anyone know what might be the problem here? Many thanks!
