Paying Remaining Balance For Extended Stay

Hi there!

I have just extended my stay and want to make a payment. Instead of getting a link to pay for it, I only received the biling receipt which shows my remaining balance on it, but that's it. Just wondering if anyone know how can I pay for the balance?

And also just want to know if Airbnb will charge to my card automatically when the payment is due?

Hi Pris -

I'm curious to know how this issue was resolved. I am a host and my guests have extended their stay, but they haven’t been billed yet - they are concerned about not paying for the extension of their stay, and I’m concerned about being paid!
