Payment Method

I am a new host and I am still not quite sure how does the payment methods work. I have already had a few reservations for the coming weeks but I am not sure if and when, the guests are expected to put a deposit upon reservation. If yes, what is the percentage upon the agreed price?

Also, in case they don't come, whom do I come in contact with, in order to report it ?

Hi @Φωτεινή0, guests pay the full price* when they make the reservation. The money is released to your payout method 24 hours after the guest checks in.

*The exception is if they are staying for more than 28 nights when the first month is collected when they book then the rest taken in installments.
