Payment advice

I recently changed from Pay Pal payments  to direct to my bank account .

I always received notification that a payment was being paid to Pay Pal.

Now that I have changed to direct to my account I dont get notified.

My question is ...  Is this how it works or should I be notified.

I have checked all my setting and they are correct, as I have requested to be notified.
