Payment issues - funds pending for 9 days - help!

I have a very frustrating situation with a guest staying a few months with me.  A payout has been in 'pending' status for 9 days. It was orginally set to transfer 19 days ago, but the guest had an issue with payment (which was a whole different nightmare/issue). She sorted it out and paid Airbnb...and I have been waiting for the payment ever since.  I have emailed and called Airbnb support and collections...and have not been given any concrete information on when to expect the funds or what the situation is now.  Does anyone have any ideas on who I can reach out to find out what is going on and why the funds are not transferring?  (I am actually super stressed out about - because she is staying over 30Days she falls into our State's Rental Code and eviction rules - it is not clear if I can evict because she paid - just not to me.)  Any great ideas out there?
