Payment methods

Hi,

I am new to hosting and I have run into a problem.

I am hosting two apartments but I have the same login Id against both as it was easier for me to manage both the listings with one ID. However the payments need to go two separate accounts as the apartments belong to different people. 

How do i create two Payment methods or accounts ( both them prefer PayPal) relevant to each flat?

As of now I have added one Payment method for one of the PayPal accounts and that is working fine.

How do I ensure that the payment for the second apartment goes to the second PayPal account?? I cannot see a option where I can ensure that there is a second payment option for apartment 2.

Would really appreciate a quick response as I have guests scheduled from tomorrow in the second apartment.

Hi Sabina, go to account settings, then payout preferences.  I assume you have set both paypal acounts in the payout methods section.  Then below in payout routing rules, add a payout routing rule, select the apartment and then setup how the payout works.  Please like if that worked.

I have the same issue but it is not letting me separate any payments.  I have three accounts set up, it will only allow all to go to one account, 100%.  I want to do each house on its own. The dropdown boxes dont work.

did you ever figure it out. We also have just listed another appartment and would like to have payment for each made into separate accounts.

Hi. My problem is that I have four listings in NZ and I want the payout yo go to a NZ account and one listing in Australia and I want the payout to go to an Australian account.  No matter how many times I try to rout the Australian payment to the Australian account, and the NZ payments to the NZ account, it always seems to select just the one account for each counry.

Any thoughts?
