Payment not received!

Payment not received!

We have not received a payment which was due 17/9/16. All other payments were paid on time with pay pal however, this one has not. It is a substantial amount as it is for a long term guest.

Can someone please advise how to follow up on this as there is no one to call.

I had a guest that also left owing me a large amount of money. Should I include her name so others will not be taken as I was?

How can this happen? I thought AIRBNB charges people in advance

I had a delay in a large payment however I get paid direct deposit through AirBnB when this error occurred I googled customer service and find their number and was able to speak to someone directly with AirBnB

Do you have their number?
