Hello,
This week I received 2 guests at my house, so from one (***) I should get 16 euros and from the second one (***) I should get 77 euros. So I should get 93 euros, but instead that Airbnb told me by email that was depositing only 5 euros due the fact of a cancelation fee. But I cannot understand which cancelation cause these guests stayed at my house and there wasn't any cancelation. Actually *** stills at my house. What should I do?

From checking your profile, looks like you have 2 cancellations for August. Airbnb charges hosts fees (not sure in Euros) for cancellations. They're deducted those fees from the payouts of your current guests.

Hi Zeke, thank you for your answer but I did that cancelations cause the guest couldn't respect my check in roules and the reservation were like 16 euros each. Is nornal Airbnb charge me 88 euros because of that? I sent an email to them and plus I don't see it as fair at all.
The closer to the booking, the higher the fee. USD100 per cancellation, 50 if further ahead. For breaking house rules there is penalty free cancelling, but you as host mustn't cancel, you contact Airbnb, talk about the problems, and they cancel/rehouse guest etc. Have a read of the terms and comditions to be better prepared.
Yea, Airbnb imposes strict penalties for hosts that cancel by default. Hopefully, they'll be able to assist you further with your email. I personally think it's not that fair either because most new hosts are unaware of this too. And it's not even a lowest common denominator issue, it happens even to the best of us.
Right now, the general rule of thumb is that if a guest has any hint that they'd like to cancel, have the guests cancel it.
I hosted a guest and on my Stats page it says that the payout was made on the 22.9 but I have not received any money on my account. Whom should I contact?
I also do not recive money for many weeks now. And no way to contact any one. Does Air bnb making this a cort case ? It is panding payment in bank for last guiest and money not placed after that. And my week of hosting is not payed and it is sits in future payment. I am canceling requiests for stay
For a booking for 9 I would expect $900 + $20 (cleaning fee) less Airbnb. This is not happening. My bookings for these 2 months are paying a lot less. Where am I going wrong?
@Nicky4 You wrote "a booking for 9" but it's unclear whether you meant 9 people (for how many days?) or 9 days (for how many people?), so it's fairly difficult for anyone to add any meaningful information. Try again?
Hello Dede, Here is one example. 9 people have booked Christmas eve. I would expect a payment figure around the $900.00 mark, give or take cleaning fees and airbnb fees, but my guests are actually paying around $650. Why is this?
can anyone tell me how I receive payment for a cancllation from a guest who cancelled prior to staying. I had a strict policy.

Do I just state my email address that is associated with my pay pal account which I have only ever used to make payments to others? What is the approx fee for a pay pal payment of say $300.
How can I determine a payment is made.
There are 2 questions here. The first one to do with linking Paypal with vAirbnb payments. I know several people who have created a separate account for Airbnb income. I just have my payments go directly into my No 1 account, but I am retired and on an age pension
It's easy then to know when a payment comes through, usually about 5 days after your guests have departed
Hallo. Can you tell me how can I contact Airbnb? I have problem with my payment too. I didn't receive the money for my last reservation and now I check my transfer history and I saw that I have -189BG lv for canceling fee?!?! How is that possible?! And what can I do?
