Payment

I had guests stay and they made a big mess - my cleaner is charging extra $150. I went through proper dispute section and guest okayed that extra payment. 8 days later payment still hasn't arrived in my paypal account. Airbnb says they will "try to get payment from guest". However, now I receive a message from the airbnb person I've been emailing to say they wont be available for next 2 days. I'm supposed to review my guest tomorrow. BUT I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF HER MESSY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED! What do I do now? Who do I talk to?

@Perrie1

I personally,would do a review and state that a mess was made and that you incurred an extra cleaning charge that you are still waiting to be received from the guest,  8 days after the guest agreed the extra charge...that way it is "banked" and done before the deadline.  If there was no damage done and just "mess" then maybe make that clear, just to be transparent.

Maybe the guest is waiting to get paid or something, or collect from others in the group ...but then again you would thought they would have told you that ....  it is their responsibility to do that ....the fact they appear not to have, means you have to make your review clear and "up to date" ..in my view
