I have a guest who is saying she already paid, but for me it appears she hasn't, the reservation is for tomorrow and airbnb has blocked the dates.  How can I do it ?

Guests payments don't get paid out until after the Guest has stayed.

Have you looked in your Transaction history on your Dashboard?

It will have payments pending and details of when you can reasonably expect to be paid.
