Someone is having trouble paying through air b&b, I do not know how to help them. it is a large amount. here is what they said: i am having a major issue with Air BnB processing my payment. We definitely need the house for tomorrow but I am stuck until I can figure out why my payment won't process. I checked our online banking and the charge shows pending but for some reason won't complete. Is it possible we can work out a wire/check some other form of payment?

@Melissa666  One guest recently had this issue and here's what he did because no payment would be accepted by AirBnB. He opened a new AirBnB account and used the first card he tried before and the booking went through. You may want to have your guest try that.

@Melissa666 you can suggest them to contact Airbnb, but don't let them use another way of payment outside Airbnb, they might just want to avoid the service fee.
