Payout Routing

I have a situation with regards to co-hosting/payout routings. I have several taxpayer information items as well as 2 payout methods. I own and manage 2 of my own properties and I was just engaged as a co-host on a 3rd property. I'm trying to create a Payout Routing Rule for the 3rd (co-host) property. When I "add payout routing rule", only the 2 properties that I own are listed under the property drop down - the third cohost property is not listed. So my issue is:

How can I direct my co-host payments to a specific payout method?

It doesn't seem possible, and I'm assuming that it will just go into my default payout method.

Hello, 

I have a question regarding payout routes. I am hosting 2 AirBnb location one in the UK

one in Switzerland. It s possible to receive the payment of Airbnb house Switzerland  in

the swiss account in Swiss Franc and receive other Airbnb location in London in the UK

bank account in Sterling ?
