Payout methods

Hi Airbnb team

I'm sending this message to ask about a problem I had with the payout methods, I started my versments by PayPal method, then because of this kind of financial transactions are not working in my country, I changed the method to " my local bank account ", but this didn't let me to receive the versments! 

 I was waiting without a resulat, So I changed again the method and I returned  " paypal method "

and this time still have this message 

" Pending payouts: MAD1848.63 "

I'm asking!! how long time should I wait to get back my previous payout method and receive money! which was already working good! 

and why didn't my Bank Account work ?
