Payout methods

I’m trying to post a refund to a guest in the RC. I keep getting a message that a payout method has not been selected. I only have one payout method and no option to select a different one. What’s going on here?

@Zack49 I could be missunderstanding you, but could it be this:

Hosts set a payout preference for airbnb to pay them

Hosts set a payment method to make payments to airbnb, which will be used to pay guest refunds if your account does not have many bookings.
