Payout times

I'm due a payout today for a longer term guest. Last month it was paid on time and I recieved an email notification. Today, nothing, it's 7pm GMT so I'm left waiting .... no notification and account says due to be paid today. Does anyone know if business hours for Airbnb are US based? I am in the UK.

Just like me (payout=bank transfer) you are probably paid by Airbnb UK in London. I never looked at the exact time, but experienced subsequent payouts for long term stays are reguraly delayed. BTW If guest could not be charged, you will get a notification from Airbnb. And they will NOT go after the money, they just say sorry...

Did you get the payout?  We never got our notification the day after check in as is customary, so don't know if guest paid or what.

Yes eventually - 5 days or so later and all subsequent payments have been similar.
