it's called "No show" and you don't have to do anything, you will still get paid. But, it would be wise to send a message to Airbnb through the "contact us" page and let Airbnb know you have a no-show guest. This is just in case your guest asks for a refund later based on some lie like he arrived and found nobody at home, couldn't enter the premises or whatever.
If your guest didn't cancel his reservation and didn't ask for a refund why would you refund him? He blocked your calendar and the room was ready for him.
