Per Month Price advertises too LOW!

If a guest searches for a period under 28 days, then it correctly displays the PER NIGHT rate as R2426 ZAR (South African Rand), but the moment the search is over 28 days then it will show a PER MONTH rate of just R3349 ZAR! Why is it doing this??? I have tried with Smart Pricing On and Off (does not help). I have tried setting Custom monthly prices of R62000 ZAR (this is my lowest Smart Price of R2000 x 31 nights). It does not help! I've just had a guest trying to book 3 months thinking what a bargain! What can I do??? I can't see what I am doing wrong! Liz

What a lovely home you have, Liz!  Air BNB defines a month as over 28 days not 31 days.  You have a monthly rate of 25% discount.  I suggest you remove monthly discount and keep only a weekly discount, especially because you have instant book.  Should someone wish a monthly rate, you could do it under special offer.  You have more control that way.  Good luck!
