I'm a new host and have several bookings. I've also received a couple of "requests" from photographers offering services. I already messaged them that I don't need photography, but because they contacted me via "inquiry," Airbnb wants me to pre-approve or decline, and then tells me it's not a good idea to decline. How do I resolve this without looking like I'm turning guests down? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
@Pippa34 Booking inquiries do NOT require an accept or decline, though the interface encourages you to think so. You only need to respond within 24 hours.
Requests are different and do require that you click one of those buttons.
