Hello, I had a guest who left the house very dirty with makeup stains all over the rugs, and bedding, and stains in bathtub. We wrote her a review and the guest was irate and is sending threatening messages. Can you provide some feedback on how to write constructive reviews when someone trashes your house? All we wrote was "Nice guest, and if you don't mind a bit of extra cleaning, you'll enjoy hosting her."

Please DO write a factual review, honest and to the point.
No waffle, no vagueness, otherwise a prospective review is as much use as a chocolate teapot to other hosts on the community and this entitled rogue guest thinks he can get away with appallIng rogue destruction!
I would not reply to her messages , would flag her profile and block her on ABB, phone and mail.

There was nothing wrong with your review, the problem was your guest's reaction to it, she might have given some thought too this, before she left your house upsided down and dirty.
Don't engage with her and move on...

Hi Everyone, thank you so much for your amazing support!
I have worked so hard on ABB to be a good host, and go above and beyond to make my guests feel special and comfortable. This guest kept sending me angry messages and that she was going to change her review to a negative one, and I wasn't sure she could actually do that, so I contacted ABB. ABB support removed my review per my request, because I didn't want to be bullied anymore. The guest was also claiming that I was being discriminating.
I have blocked her messages.
No they didn't, but I think the guest asked ABB to have the review that the guest wrote removed, because that's what the guest told me she was going to do, so I asked Airbb if they were going to remove the review the guest wrote, and ABB said they didn't remove it. The review that the guest wrote, was actually very nice.
P.s. Can guests see my post here? I'm assuming this community is for hosts.
@Angela46 Yes it's open for anyone. The Host's Circle is limited to hosts only though.
@Angela46 Do not reply to her. Flag/report her as @Branka-and-Silvia0 suggest, but you will have to call AirBnB to block her as the blocking option is still broken.
