How does my customer get a refund I have tried and tried it won’t work

Did you or the guest cancel a reservation , before or during the stay, etc..

Why do you need to refund your guest?
If this is a guest cancellation then any refund will be processed by Airbnb in line with your cancellation policy. You don't need to do anything (see Airbnb help centre - guest cancellation).
