Can whoever edited the language on our Plus listing, please revert it to what we typed? I am not re-doing this work.
For others seeking to apply to Plus, please know our entire experience has been incompetent and terrible. We can't wait to list on other platforms.

You'll have to contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.
This site is one where Airbnb members help each other with advice from their own experience. Members here don't have access to other members' accounts.
For information on ways to contact support type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

@Settle0 It's part of your agreement with AirBnB for the Plus category that they write the description and it's always 1-3 sentences long. Period. They will change it back to their description as soon as they see it has been altered. As @Lawrene0 said you will be confusing potenial guests with what you typed in the description box. Call AirBnB.

Hey, I am so sorry that your frustration has built up to the point where you have had to resort to this to try and get back some control over the desciption of the property you are listing!
This is, to some extent, filtering down to all users listings. We were recently being told to replace our photos with others that the system considered more acceptable! The end result of that was, beautifully crafted nightime scenes that would have taken a lot of setting up to get the right composition and clarity (glow in the trees from flames in the fire bucket) were being criticised as being too dark! That bit of programming genius has now been dropped!
Settle, the whole platform is loosing empathy, and I guess the Plus divisions reaction to your desperate cry for help is....."Why did you join the program if you didn't want to abide by its rules"? Forget about actually working with you to try and make your listing better, more appealing, it's the program that is important, not the human element!
Settle, I don't know where you go from here! If you do actually get to talk to someone who will be sympathetic to your plight they will not be in a position to push a button and make it right for you. That would open the floodgates to all sorts of changes the Plus program was not designed for!
As @Letti0 says, the format is pre-programmed and that is just the way it is, I am sorry, it's their description or no description!!

Thanks all. Appreciate the thoughts and time. Airbnb can call me. They have my number. I abided by the rules and they changed my work without warning or permission. I wish I had limitless time and pateince to repeat my work. They can fix this or we'll leave the platform. The entire Plus process could not have been more poorly executed. The rules aren't the issue. The execution and communication have been terrible. But again, no one's fault here. I appreciate your all's time and insight.
We have qualified for Airbnb PLUS since beginning October. Till today, this does not appear on our listing, despite 6 phone calls to the helpline and numerous emails to Airbnb. We were told yesterday by email that it is taking time to roll out the PLUS and we must just wait patiently.
It seems a bit unfair when we work so hard to comply with all the requirements and get no support from Airbnb. Any suggestions from the community how we can expedite this process or who else to contact?
