Hi there, I have a guest that is trying to make a booking, I approved their original booking but they then had to alter the date. I therefore declined the original booking and asked them to book again. They did so by changing their dates and sending me a message via contact host, I got the new booking request through with correct dates and pre approved it.
However when the guest went to 'complete booking' it went back to the original dates. The message with the new date is in her inbox but no tab to complete booking.
Sorry this is all so confusing! Any ideas would be much appreciated!
