Pre-booking Error

Pre-booking Error

A guest has booked dates and when I go to pre-book them, the below error comes up even though the dates are free!!

 

"Unfortunately, you cannot pre-approve this guest because your calendar is not available for the specified date range."

 

Any ideas how to overcome this?

Do you have a minimum number of nites set? 

Did you try clearing your cach, using a different browser or device?

I see you're a new host and huge parts of your calendar are blocked out, so forgive the direction of my questioning:

 

Do you by any chance have a pending reservation request (somebody actually committed to booking) that you still need to react to?

You have Instant Book on, but if those dates have already been booked you would be able to see it in your reservations...

If that's the case, then they have precedence over pre-approval of a mere inquiry.

Thank you both for your responses. 

 

It was apparently because the guest wasn't verfied.

 

Clearing the cache may have also worked, as the pending reservation that was causing the problem was the guest who I trying to pre-approve.
