I have a guest that needs four nights a week for a month. I have agreed to this as long as I can offer it on the nights hes not staying. Now my questions is how does he book this?

Not sure what your question is. Guest can book 4 nights each week and you could book the other 3 nights without his blessing. So for the month he would have 4 separate 4 night reservations. If he wants you store his belongings while he is gone,well that is a whole other issue. He can book all month and pay accordingly. If he chooses not to stay alll the nights, that is not your problem. You could offer a discount for the month since your expenses will be lower.
