Hi - One of my guests missed the deadline to submit a review. She has sent it to me via the messaging app and is happy to re-submit it through the usual way. I would like her review on my profle. How do i/she go about achieving this?

Airbnb deadline on reviews is final, unfortunately.

I always advise newbie hosts, which you aren't by far anymore, to have the guest send a referral which will at least lfill the review section a bit and ook like one to potential guests until it is pushed to the back by real reviews. It doesn't leave a star-rating though.

You can't unfortunately. But give BnB a call and see if they might be prepared to be flexible.
