Preventing same day check out/check ins

Hi!

I'm having issues with instant bookings having the abilty to book check outs on a date that I already have a check in.  It's hard for my cleaning crew to turn around the rental within the 5 hour window of check out/check in.  I'm trying to figure out a way to block an existing check in date so no one esle can book that as a check out date...

Hi

I've seen a setting that allows you to have a day between bookings or can spread out check out and check in. I just block the day manually if I don't have time.

@Amy444, the setting you are interested in is called "Preparation time". It sets how much time there should be between reservations.

In your Hosting Dashboard, go to edit your listing. Once you are on the page to edit your listing, choose the "Availability" tab.

The first section in the "Availability" tab should be "Reservation preferences".

The "Preparation time" setting is in the "Reservation preferences" section.
