Price Discrepancy

I am new to Airbnb and I noticed a guest requested to book our townhouse for 4 nights beginning this coming Tuesday (6/24)

I believe that I have a policy in place with a 7 day booking notice but that being said I accepted the booking and noticed that the price had also changed. I never changed my pricing and I am now at a dilemma in that this guest is getting my townhouse at $70. per night as opposed to $120. per night. How do I correct this mistake

I could not check your listing, as at this moment it is not active. In most cases the pricing is correct, but the host did setup things wrong. Common mistakes are;

- new hosts have special discount activated for first three bookings (mostly 20%)

- wrong setup of a weekly and/or monthly discount for stays 7 and/or 28 nights or more

It appears your price difference is 40%, so it looks one or more discounts are involved.

Please note it is not allowed to change the price of a confirmed reservation just for wanting more money.
