Price Variations

I have a reservation where the price is different to what I have at my end. Their price is lower. I have made an alteration to the price and trying to get this amended however the informaiton that he has at his end doesn't align to the information that I have - and its not the difference of the service fee. I have made one amendment to the prioce and was tryign to do another as he has additional guests arriving. these changes ahev been sent to him to accept. he has accepted one and is waiting ot accept the second but the prices do not aling wiht anything???? HELP

Looking at your listing there is not much availibility in 2017. But from middle of march on i see you price fluctuates almost every single day. Do you have set "smart pricing" turned on ?
