anyone can tell me why the price I published in my ad does not match what appears in search mode? The difference is great ... I have requested € 90 and € 135 traveler mode appears !!!!

@Cristina382 The reason the nightly rate will change in search results is because Airbnb recalculates the nightly rate to include the cleaning fee and the extra guest charges to reflect an accurate nightly rate for the information the guest has entered in searching.
So if your listing has a nightly rate of $100, a cleaning fee of $25 and an extra guest fee of $25 for each additional guest beyond 1 guest, the nightly rate will be displayed as follows for a 4 night stay for 4 guests:
$100 x 4 nights = $400
Cleaning Fee = 25
Xtra Guests (3x25x4) = 300
Total before fees: =$725
This amount divided by 4 equals $181.25 which Airbnb rounds down to $181. This is why when you look at your listing, although the stated nightly rate is $100, the search result will show $181 as the nightly rate for this particular reservation.
I hope this helps understand!

Hi there,
I am having a similar issue with my listing where I have listed it as 65€ per night, however it shows up at 76€ in the search. This makes an 11€ difference which I cannot figure out - my only extra fee is a cleaning fee of 25€ so it does not add up.
Is there something I am missing ?
Thanks for your help
Meishan
Some of my guests say my room is one price on the computer and higher on their mobile phone. As I don't charge for anything extra, like cleaning or extra guests I was concerned that a third party is muscling in on the system and making a mint!!
