Hi, I had signed up my account with refferal link from my friend, but didn't see any cash credit in my account as advertised. (supposed to get THB1,100THB, and THB600 for my friend) and I already paid full price for my next trip. Can I get a refund?

How could I contact AirBnB staff for this issue?
