Hello I don't understand I'm putting the night price but the guests are sending me inquiry but with deferent price ? How the system works ? They can offer their price?

Guests can not influence the price.

The price is calculated from what YOU have setup in the listing, like:

price per night, extra guest fee, cleaning fee, weekly, monthly and special discounts etc...

So check all this on both of your listings and simulate bookings on your own listings to see if calculation results are as expected.

Otherwise give example of such a wrong calculation.
