Please explain that although my nightly price is R2450 per night, your system only shows R2410 as being earned. Also the booking for 2 nights beginning 6 Jan 2017 was for 5 people and yet the extra R200 per night per extra person more than 4 guests has not been added in to the total earnings. Please explain

@Rob121  Your message has not reached the Air BNB staff that can address your question about why an extra guest fee was not added.  You have reached a forum of hosts like yourself who don't have access to your account but can often help explain some of Air BNB rules.  When you received the reservation confirmation, did it show a deduction of the Air BNB fee?  Did it show that the guest actually requested for 5 people or was it for 4 people?  Sometimes guests make a mistake about the number of guests.  If the information is not on your confirmation, contact Air BNB.  If you need help with doing that, see the community guide on this site for the various ways you can contact Air BNB.

Thanks for the response. How do I contact the Airbnb staff as you suggest? The booking definitely does show 5 people and not 4.

You can change the number of guests from your side & request a confirmation. Airbnb will then pick up & make the amendment.
