Hi
Can someone advise how do you deal with room pricing issues, granted not all rooms are the same size. My place has the minimum price based on the smallest room & am struggling to offer different room rates for the larger better rooms.
The 2nd question is how can I sync my Airbnb calendar with my personal calendar?
Thanks
Dumi

You need to have a separate listing for each room, if you are renting them separately.

Thank you Letti, am busy setting up the duplicate platforms. They really must make the system as easy as booking.com in this regard.
@Dumi1 Never going to happen. It would be nice though if they did follow booking.com's policy on new listings not being published until you entered the code received in the mail at the property you are listing. That would eliminate issues of fake/scam listings popping up all the time.
Am in South Africa & booking.com either physically book a visit or do a live video call to verify the existence of the property. The downside is the booking.com settlement wait, which at times is easily 40-5 days for reservations early in a new month.
@Dumi1 Did you not get the option to let them pay you upon arrival? I run their cards at my place when they show up, but I guess if you do not have an option of taking credit cards it wouldn't work for you. I then get a monthly bill from Booking.com to pay the booking fees I owe them for the completed stays that month. I have only done 1 booking from them though. I do not show up most of the time on their site.
I so wish could use that option, but with our current crime levels always best not to attract on-site payments of any kind.
