Pricing in peak season VS other seasons

Hi - my house sleeps 9 guests and in peak travel periods I just want to have a flat rate regardless of how many people staying.

Then for all other times of the year I'd like to have a rate for up to 4 guests then charge $25 per person for each extra guest.

I can see in the pricing functions that I can set up the $25 fee in the Additional Pricing menu BUT this doesn't seem to be date related and adds the $25 pp to my increased peak season flat rates.

My search for a solution keeps referring me to the "Long Term Pricing" but this only seems to relate to providing discounts for week/month bookings.

Any suggestions?

@Tricia23 your plan makes sense.

You've listed all the tools available. There are no other, and no options to choose dates for extra charge..

There are no suggestions other than manually switch on/off the extra charge

Unless you already do, perhaps list on a different platform during peak season.

I was searching  for how to do a similar  thing but for different  reasons.  I do not want to be greedy  but in Las Vegas  I want to change more per guest on new years  eve and EDC. I do not want large messy groups  with out competition.  I did raise price for thesending events. But truly believe  I should  get more in dealing  with an over crowd of  people who  here to party.  What can be done?
