Pricing on my listing differs from my settings

My base price is 125.00 per night and 25.00 cleaning fee

It says I will only get 112.00 per night (133.37) for the night? But another night I have listed at the same price says I will get 145.50

why the difference? I think instant book may have been on when they requested the booking, but I didn't mean for it to be and I am still

being asked to accept or decline. Any thoughts

@Marny0 do you have smart pricing on? Also, was it a booking request or an inquiry? You only have to respond to an inquiry but you need to accept it or decline if it is a request. If a guest doesn't meet your IB requirements he will have to send a request and if you are comfortable with it anyway then you can accept him.
