Problem in making payment

I have been trying to make a reservation and pay with my card since few days ago.

However, i kept having problems receiving the temporary transactions during the authorizations.

I am not sure if i was charged or the charging failed.

I received nothing from my bank as well..basically i am stucked in the page where i was asked to enter the amounts of the 2 temporary charges.

Tried a few times, and i even removed my card details and resaved again, still no luck.

Just not sure what i should do to continue my booking.

@Chenyee0 when you say you keep "having problems receiving the temporary transactions during the authorizations", do you mean that the temporary transactions never happen?

If so, then you need to contact AirBnB support directly.

(This is not AirBnB support, but just a discussion room for guests and hosts to chat with each other.)
