Problem with Finnish tax identification number TIN

I received an email and some app notifications to fill in my tax information, but the app does not accept my TIN. Also tried on the website just in case the problem would be just in the app.

For some reason the system accepts only TIN which ends with a letter but not mine which ends with a number.

I tried to fill in my spouses information and her TIN ends with a letter. That would have worked just fine. Mine ends with a number and I just get an error message that says there is something wrong with the number. If I change the last digit to any letter the app accepts it. It just won't accept the number that really is my TIN. Any help? Anyone? I even called the support and they were useless. Just told me to ask my local tax office and sent me links to instructions that I've already read multiple times.

The Help files mentioned for Finland there is a different TIN for pivate or for business.

I know. In Finland private TIN is same as persons social security number, which is a date of birth + four numbers after that OR three numbers and one letter. Mine ends with four numbers, but the airbnb system accepts Finnish TIN only if it ends with a letter.
