Hi there,
one potential guest booked by mistake with me and then cancelled because the expense was to high for her group. She was refunded for all expenses but Airbnb fees (cad $ 137). Since then, she has been contacting me many times to find a way to get her money back from Airbnb, and I believe she should since she cancelled her booking right away. Is there any chance that Airbnb can refund her? I am spending a lot of time trying to help, but I did not get any booking or money from her. I hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible.

You cannot solve this problem for the cancelled guest. Tell her how sorry you are but it is completely out of your hands. She can try and plead her case with airbnb (good luck with that). End your conversations with this guest NOW. It is out of your hands.

I agree with @James1, you can resolve it very quickly by pointing out that it is nothing to do with you and they should contact AirBnB.
