Problem with calendar availability on the guest's side
I have the following problem: I have made some dates available on the host calendar, but on the guests' side they show as unavailable. Now I canNOT receive any bookings because out of the 12 consecutive days available, only two show up. What should I do? Of course I have more dates open, but this is just for that period of those 12 days: 10 are unavailable on the guest side, but they are available on my (the host) side.
I have the same problem. I have many dates available, and it looks open from my side, but the guest is trying to book and is unable to. A second guest booked in the middle of the dates the first guest wanted. Any thoughts?
Hi, Would appreciate advice on a similiar booking problem - the guest can only book future available dates via the web browser but cannot book these dates via the app. Your advice is appreciated
