I have guests 5 person,from 13-17 october,but yesterday they call me,that they leave my apartment,then I asked what is the reason-do you have problem with apartment,they said no,we want bigger apartment,for this reason i cancell the reservation. I said that you must tell it to airbnb,then i reseave email from airbnb,that they will pay less( My question for airbnb,when and how much will i get money? Also i want to say that it is not good,that guests do themself what they want,you must understand it is not my problem,that guests want bigger apartment,because when they booked my apartment they saw fotos and kv/m

You should never never never cancel that was your guests problem not yours, you now have potentially lost your ability to become a superhost for at least one year and your guest will be fully reimbursed, you'll getting nothing.
