Problem with guests

I will try to explain this, hope I will!

So, fiu months ago I recived a peding request from Meghan ** and I acept her request and she arrived two days ago!Also she is still inside my apartment! But now happened something realy strange, someone send me a message from the same account from Meghan with a message that I need to stop sending her a messages, which I didn't understand since I have send her normal messages like checking if everything is ok with apartment, does she need anything... and she answerd me this morning. But now it seems that inside the messages there is another person who doesn't know anything about my apartment's and who never made a reservation at my place!! The Meghan I have now upstears in my apartment is from GB and the one who contacted me fiu minutes ago is from Canada!!

Can you help me please, what I can do???? I realy don't understand all this!!

@Maja37 jesi li je tražila pasoš na uvid? Ako nisi onda je traži odmah ujutro, pogledaj jel to osoba na slici i ako nešto ne štima ne vraćaj joj pasoš  i reci da ćeš  zvati policiju ako ti odmah ne plati i onda napusti apartman. Na Airu kao i na drugim booking portalima desi se da se hakira profil i račun ili se otvori profil sa ukradenom karticom i slično. U tom slučaju Air stopira isplatu i lako je moguće da ti nikada ne plate. To se dešava.

Pozdrav Branka i Silvija,

da, uvijek pitam goste pasoš i sve upišem, sve je bilo uredu do jučer kada mi se još neko javio da prestanem s porukama!

Međutim, ova cura što je kod mene kaže da je nekad davno živila u Canadi i izgleda da su njezin nekadašnji broj telefona u Canadi dali ovoj curi što mi se jučer javila, a problem je nastao jer ova cura što je kod mene nije izbrisala taj broj u sustavu airbnb-a... zbog čega je nastao ovaj cijeli kupus. 

U svakom slučaju ja sam dobila isplatu ali sam se i dobro isprepadala budući da mi se ovako nešto prvi puta dogodilo!
