Problems adding a payout method

Hi everyone

Has anyone had problems adding a payout method?  I've tried several times now (and I'm adding my bank account details, which is a bit scary) and every time I get the same error message when clicking submit (see below).

I have sent an email to AirBnB but goodness knows how long it will take for them to get back to me!  Anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried a different device or Internet browser?
Sometimes a specific browser is just stubborn 🙂

I'm new to hosting and trying to add a payout method.  It allows me to add my bank account details and then after I submit it I'm taken back to the screen and says you haven't added a payment method.  Has it worked or is this a problem.  I have emailed for some help and got an answer but it's still not working.  Getting very frustrated.  Can someone please help.  Thanks
