Hello,

I am trying to resolve this situation but I need some advice that I can't find on the help centre.

My guests left on saturday and they broke the handle inside the door. I asked what happened and the mother said that she was stuck inside the washroom (I think the lock was depressed by accident) so the daughters brought a neighbour in who dislodged the entire handle. It looks like I need to replace the whole handle so would like the guest to pay for it but I can understand it was an innocent mistake. What would you recommend?

I would just put a new one on, normally have a spare to hand.
