Hi I started hosting my property in May of 2019. I have made over ten thousand in 2019 so far and never had a review under four stars I have made my property my full time job because  I'm a stay at home mom. I have a little girl who just turned one on the seventeenth of September. I also live here in Carlsbad do all the cleaning and reservations myself. I have Backyard Concepts For all my handy man service on my property. They flipped homes for other air Bnb host from out of town and helps manage the property. I am looking to manage other air Bnb property during the time I'm not busy with my own.
